We're moving right along with our FrogTape Paintover Challenge Basement Makeover. Last week we showed your our design patterns we created with FrogTape. This week our taped up pieces received a coat of paint.
The fun part is getting to paint then peel back the tape. I tested every variety of paint with the FrogTape to see just how good it worked.

We have a cute little guest room in our basement. The boys have nicknamed it "Grandma's Room" because that's where she stays when she comes to visit.

Operation FrogTape Paintover Challenge Basement Makeover is well under way (try saying that three times fast).
The basement apartment has been de-cluttered, cleaned up and ready for the next step.
We've been busy bees over here taping the town green and yellow with rolls of FrogTape.
As we mentioned in our planning post, this is an apartment so painting the walls is something we're trying to avoid.

We have a cute little one bedroom, one bath basement apartment. Right now it is a bit of a catch-all.
We decided it was high time to de-clutter, organize and beautify.
The challenge is how to give this small space some big style on a small budget.
To do this we're participating in the FrogTape Paintover challenge with a handful of other fantastic bloggers.

Making it through a renovation is kind of like catching a fly with chopsticks...
if you survive it you can accomplish anything.
I would have never believed a renovation could be as stressful as it was.
It completely turns your life upside down and oh, do I have some stories to tell.
It's been a long, laborious and expensive lesson project.
