Hi Michelle! Weird question but do you know what kind of stain is on your waterfall butcher block? I love it and have been fretting for 2 weeks on what stain to use to re-finish my kitchen table and until we figure it out its gonna stay in our garage while we keep eating on a card table ๐ so hard to know what stain actually looks like. Love your bathroom and your whole house. I follow daily but never comment… Yep I’m one of those. Thnx for any info!
Hi Natalie,
The wood from Craft-Art was a little different in that the wood was actually Walnut, not just a Walnut stain. Then I applied a Polyurethane type application that brought out the shine. You can normally get a good idea how the stain will look on the stain cards at your local home improvement center. However, you may want to apply a stain to a corner to test how it will really turn out. You can always sand it out if you don’t like it. Hope that helps.
Thanks for commenting! Hope you’ll comment again! Best, Michelle ๐
