Hey all you Tucson (and surrounding areas) folks…
If you have a dSLR camera but aren’t happy with your results then you’re in luck because the fabulous Michelle Rasmussen of
Wondertime Photography is holding a Basic dSLR Photography Workshop. Michelle was my photographer while we were in Tucson and took many of our family shots. See them on Pinterest here.
Here are a few of the things that will be covered:
• The basics of photography – exposure, aperture, shutter speed, ISO
• Lighting – training your eye to see the light inside and outside
• Camera settings – auto vs. manual settings
• Composition, perspective and storytelling
• Lenses and focal length
• Tips for great images at any subject’s age
• Output – downloading, storing and printing images
• Hands-on practice during live mini-shoots (inside & outside…with models)
The workshop will be on Saturday, February 9th 2013 (9am-3:30pm) and slots are filling up fast. Go here for more info at to register!
