One of the things I regularly look for at thrift stores are lamps and chandeliers. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come accross these very dated chadeliers and passed them up. Well, Mrs. Devore didn’t pass them up. She had a vision and went to work.
This is one of the best transformations I’ve seen in a long time! I’m off to look for a couple of ugly chandeliers. Bravo Mrs. Devore!
WOW!!! So incredible! I am so inspired!!! Thanks for sharing! Ashlee

Holy cow that is fantastic!!! I never, ever would have thought of that! I am SO going to be on the lookout. I want to replace my very dated chandeliers in my master bath, and this is the perfect {cheap} solution! Thanks for sharing!

That is amazing. I want to run to the Goodwill and grab one. They always have them.
FINALLY! A way to banish these horrific items and make wonderful use of them!! How inspiring.
Wow, I may have to rethink some of the uglies I have seen at the thrift stores…just beautiful, Michelle.
Looks FABULOUS! Can you tell us your secret, how you did it? 😉 I have an ugly chandelier that’s sitting in my attic bc I’m not sure how to attach the shade. It looks similar the one you’ve purchased, but it has the hanging etched glass. I’d love to hear your ideas!
Oh my gosh I see these all the time at my local thrift stores! Amazing!
wow i love those….i hate those old ones. beautiful transformation
