We are nearing the finish line with our master bedroom makeover.
I had a minor set back with a stencil which gave me fits this weekend but other than that, it’s close to done-zo!
I can’t believe I allowed our room to be a dumping ground for close to three years! No order, no decor, bed on the floor.
Such as life as a parent. We always put ourselves last.
At any rate, it feels so good to finally have a bedroom where everything has a place and is lovely.
Finishing up that room has inspired me want to tackle and update other rooms.
Our living room is one of many rooms on my radar. It’s currently lovely, but I’m dreaming of a new look.
Having spent 10+ years in the desert I’m longing for some southwest flair reflected in my life.

I’d love to wave my magic wand and make it a reality but I’m still trying to cast a spell on my stenciled wall.
When I get the decorating itch I recall a statement Nate Berkus made that goes something to the effect of, “People, clean up your spaces!”
When going out and buying all new furniture isn’t feasible, I swear there’s no quicker way to satisfy the decorating itch than cleaning house.
Get rid of clutter, scrub surfaces, move around your current furniture (it’s also great therapy when you’re really mad at someone too).
The Dyson DC59 Motorhead is on my radar as a cleaning tool people swear by and one that I’d like to try.
The major exclamation feature of the Dyson DC59 Motohead is that it is cordless.

I have actually caused a small explosion at my outlet by ripping the cord out of the wall from across the room from frustration that the cord wasn’t long enough.
Now someone is speaking my language.
My mom has a Dyson vacuum so I know they make a good product but I’m guessing someone in Dyson’s engineering department got a pretty nice bonus for coming up with this design. Life would be some much easier being able to use ONE vacuum to clean the carpet, hard surfaces, stairs, high spaces and my car (and did I mention it’s cordless?).

The fact that it is cordless and will go for 24 minutes is my favorite feature! I have a lot of wood flooring in my house and my neighbor told me that this little baby is life changing when it comes to endless wood floors! Pick me, pick me!
A cordless vac? I want one! I might even vacuum more!
Definitely the fact that this vacuum is cordless is the best feature in my opinion. Lots of vacuums have great suction and are adaptable to various environments but I haven’t found a good cordless one. I would love a chance to try one out but the price is a bit steep.

I love that this is cordless and powerful! We have only area rugs in our home and it’s a pain to drag out the big corded vac to do the regular cleanup.

The fact that the vaccum is cordless is definitely my favorite feature!
My favorite feature is that it can be used on different types of flooring, and is easy to use all over the house! We have laminate flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and family room. Then we have carpet in the living room, stairs and all throughout the upstairs. This would be perfect for me to use to clean the whole house!
I don’t think I can pick a favorite feature. I think I would love that it can clean all over- up, below, etc. We have a one year old so being able to clean in tiny spaces easily would be awesome! And the fact that it can go cordless makes it even better!
My fav thing about the DC 59 is all the attachments! I HATE cleaning my carpeted stairs with the huge vacuum but this would make it so easy!

Cordless!!!!! And the max mode looks pretty cool. Being able to bump it up a notch for the extra dirty places would be great. We just bought a house with 4 different kinds of flooring + steps. I could use this baby!

Cordless, hands down!! I don’t have an outlet near my staircase so it’s frustrating to clean and most cordless run out of suction and power before I finish.
The fact that it’s cordless, which means I could clean my dog-hair-filled car so easily!
I like being able to change from carpet to hardwood without changing vacuums.
I love that it is lightweight and cordless. With two dogs & a baby, I am constantly vacuuming. With this I wouldn’t have to have my full size vacuum as a permanent fixture in my living room!

What an awesome invention! Being a mother and blessed with five kids, this would be so ideal for our family! There are so many great features on this vacuum. Probably my favorite(s) would be that it’s cordless and also with the vacuum being light weight our younger children can help out more and I wont have to worry about them dropping it down the stairs- ouch!…. Might sound odd but they LOVE to vacuum!!

I’ve used a multi surface vacuum before and is my favorite! I can vacuum all the hair off the bathroom floor and go straight into the carpeted hallway. AND cordless! It doesn’t get much better than that.

I’ve never had a vacuum I can use on stairs. The cordless feature and adjustable cleaning positions look ideal for that. No more hand sweeping the stairs!

This vacuum looks handy dandy! The cordless feature would sooth my frustrations my current vacuum give es me with its short cord. Also, it runs a decent amount of time before it needs a recharge. I could do the whole house before it needed it!

How do you pick a feature?! Everything about this vacuum is awesome. Cordless is probably the best thing about it. But I love how small it is and that it does every kind of surface. My kids would even like vacuuming if it looked like this!

Because my current vacuum isn’t powerful and remains unpowerful for less than 10 minutes. 🙁 It’s a fairly new, too, but not an Dyson either.

My favorite feature is the thoughtful design of a lighter weight vacuum. Being cordless is a great feature, too! That lends itself for quick and easy clean up!
Wow…there are many great features about this vacuum…lightweight, cordless, bagless, strong suck, portable…we just moved and are needing to buy a new one that covers all surfaces, and I prefer one my kids can easily handle and not the typical heavy upright. This one seems to fit all requirements. So I guess my favorite feature is versatility!

My stairs are my vacuuming nemesis, so definitely the ability the vacuum them without having to balance my full-size vacuum step-by-step or using an attachment that doesn’t work all that great.

HYGIENIC BIN EMPTYING!! I hate vacuuming because dumping the canister and cleaning the filters are the grossest tasks ever. I open the canister and BAM! All of the dust and pet dander I just vacuumed up go flying all over the place. I’d almost prefer to live with icky carpets than deal with that.
Also, SUCTION. And that I can use it on my stairs easily. And that it’s pink.

So yes, I have a Dyson, sucks pretty darn good – but don’t like the detachable hand wand because it’s attached to the main body and hard to work the accordion handle. So this cordless device is my kind of vacuum. I can maybe vacuum the drapes, ceiling fans and tops of cupboards more often – which helps the sinus and allergy issues. I swear by these Dyson products; they are amazing and love the suction of the dirt from carpet, hardwood and tile floor, and oh yes cars!. I will never own any other product. Um…everything! Seamless cleaning on hard surfaces and carpet, detachable extension, great power, convenient docking station AND it’s cordless. I mean come on. Amazing.
My favorite part of that new Dyson is the fact that it’s a handheld! It would be so easy to move around and get things clean!

I saw this vacuum cleaner at Target the other day, and man oh man! Is it furniture? Decoration? NO! It is the most beautiful vacuum cleaner! Ever! How amazing! I told my husband (of 3 months), that if we had a million dollars, I would spend the $500 of it on this vacuum cleaner! Can one be in love with a vacuum cleaner? Probably not… But have you SEEN this vacuum cleaner??!?! I WANT THIS! I hope it becomes cheaper soon! I would NEVER complain about running the vacuum again. Actually now that I think of it, this may be a nice gift for my mom. My mom has a bad back, and this would make cleaning so much easier because of its lightness!

Cordless is a plus, but I enjoy that it will take the dust from hardwood as easily as from carpet.
The most important feature is it’s light weight!
Cordless is definitely my favorite! But I love that it will clean my floors and I can use it as a shop vac for the stairs and cobwebs around the ceiling too. Eliminates the need to have 3 vacuums!
Definitely the cordless feature wins my vote. I NEED this! With minor arthritis, stupid simple motions like bending over constantly putting the cord back in the outlet for the umpteenth time is more a chore than the actual chore. My family might be happier too 🙂

Light weight for easier stair cleaning!
My dream space is a well decorated master bedroom. Big king sized bed, nice vanity, gorgeous wood furniture. The feature I love the most about the dyson is that it is lightweight yet very powerful. I need something that I can clean the stairs with easily and not break my back in the process!! I tried this baby out in bed bath and beyond and it was very powerful and lightweight!! I also love the boosting feature, it would be great for hard to clean spots!
My dream space would probably be a man cave with lots of big leather couches and a large screen tv. I’d like the dyson because it is cordless and lightweight. My wife loves her regular dyson but it is too heavy to lug up the stairs and she cant use it to clean the stairs. This would be great.

I love that it has 3 times the suction of any other cordless! Our dustbuster died several years ago, and I have been putting off getting another one, because of the dilemma of portable vacuums: cordless=convenient but weak suction or corded=strong suction but inconvenient. This has both!!! I’m sold!

The cordless feature will serve well to vacuum the 4 flights of steps we have in our home, plus a pendant light fixture hanging above main stair that currently never gets cleaned.
I love the versatility of this vacuum. It cleans from the floor to the ceiling!
The best feature has to be it’s adaptability to different environments. When you need to clean high spaces you are able to fit it to vacuum air vents or ceiling fans. I love that I can transform it into a smaller tool to vacuum my SUV without having to pull on the tube to reach certain spaces or lug a big heavy machine around to all the different doors of my SUV in order to reach all the messy areas.
I love the fact it is cordless, that is the BEST, also the fact that it makes it so much easier to clean inside of my car. I think I just maybe clean my car a bit more often….maybe. 🙂

I love that it is so powerful! There are several on the market that are cordless (and HUGE benefit, don’t get me wrong) but that COMBO of power/lasting + the cordless is just unbeatable. I’d LOVE to have it!

I have long been a dyson full size vacuum fan! My mother-in-law has a similar version of this and I have had my eyes on it since she got hers! So easy to use for little everyday jobs! And the fact it is cordless makes my never-ending cleaning process that much easier to deal with 😉

I have tile and carpet in my home, with a super neat-freak boyfriend. Once he realized how much better a real vacuum is than a shop-vac, vacuuming became a hobby for him, it seems. I love that it’s cordless so I won’t be tripping over him as he zigzags from room to room down the hallway, and I won’t clothesline myself when he is vacuuming the tops of the door trim and windows. Plus, it would be more than amusing to watch him swivel around after the pup for 24 minutes! Plus- purple is out favorite color, and would match our walls. Too many things to love!

Well there are a lot of features I like and its hard to pick just one. i have 2 disabled kids (5 total), so anything that saves me time is a blessing – so my first thought was that I love that it goes from carpet to wood floors and back again so easily (stairs are just a bonus) and keeping clean is so important when you have medically dependent children, but that brings me to the other super important feature with the microb and dust capture feature. Then i can feel secure that I am REALLY getting the best clean. Thanks for highlighting this vacuum.

I like that it is light weight and has great suction. I have back problems so vacuuming is the worst. I don’t like most light weight vacuums because they don’t clean very well.

There are so many wonderful things about this Dyson!!! Honestly, it is hard to choose one favorite thing. It really does what is says it does. My most absolute favorite thing about this vacuum is the versatility between carpet/wood/tile. My home has all three. I would love to own one vacuum that does the job for all. I’d also like to add that it is SO incredibly powerful. Cleaning my car would be such a cinch 😉 I’m so happy & excited for whoever gets this thing, because I’ve cleaned my friends’ homes with it. It is the real deal.
What do I like about the DC59? It’s lightweight, cordless and provides 24 minutes of suction/cleaning time. This would be a wonderful vacuum to own!

Well I am pretty much sold on all the features. I must say I do judge by its cover, and I am loving it! My favorite feature is the model design, it looks so slick and modern! I like how light it looks and how simple it seems to use (hence cordless!) would love to have this Dyson in my hand/home!

I like the fact that the DC59 Motorhead vacuum is cordless, has a powerful suction, and “multitasks” cleaning floor to ceiling, which is much needed when your cleaning up the trails left behind from the adventures of your three boys, husband, and dog. Good times!
I’ve started cleaning for my disabled parents who have mostly wood and tile with the exception of carpeted bedrooms. I’d love to have a lighter, powerful more flexible vacuum for when I’m there.

I love about the Dyson DC59 Motorhead is that this product is multi-functional and makes clean up a breeze. The fact that it captures microscopic dust, captures my attention because everyone in my family has allergies and my boyfriend has asthma. I would definitely want to use a vacuum that makes me feel at ease after cleaning up.

The fact that it’s cordless is my favorite! My outlets have covers on them since my 2 year old grandson comes to visit and they are a bear to remove so the cordless feature sold me!
