I finally turned on the heater this week so it’s officially fall (in my book anyway).
I love fall. Leaves changing colors, fires in the fireplace and yummy apples.
For a fun treat I like to bake a single apple in the oven.
Here’s how I do it.
I’ve tried baking every type of apple.
They’re all good but my favorite is a Honey Crisp.
***Tip: If your apple is lop-sided and wants to keep tipping over you can poke
toothpicks in the sides near the bottom to keep it from rolling.***

It will come out of the oven with a delish carmelized top and melt in your mouth!

I threw some oats in it too and added a sweet potato beside it (to not waste oven heat? lol) and I had breakfast and lunch done. =D
Awesome post.
