Pick-me-up.

July 7, 2011 by Michelle Hinckley |

We made it to Salt Lake City.
Bought ourselves a fixer-upper.
Totally un-inhabitable.
Moved in to a “luxury” apartment while we renovate.
“Luxury” apartment turned out to be craptastic.
Each day something new breaks, or backs up, or has a stench.
We’re planning on falling through to the first floor tomorrow.
In the mean time…here’s a few pretties to uplift my spirits.

(Simply Grove).
(Canadian House and Home).

(Coco+Kelley).

(Full House).

    craptastic. what a great word!
your luxury apartment sounds just as dreamy as our “totally remodeled rambler” that we are currently renting. we were moving here from tennessee, and signed the lease without even seeing the inside of the house…a mistake i have been dealing with for three years now! i am sure that you are going to make your new house fantastic!

I love a good fixer-up-er. Moving sucks. We’re in the middle of the same process. Unfortunately, we’re inhabiting the uninhabitable space while we do the reno! Yikes!
