OMG this redesign is amazing!!!!! loved everything except the first washroom sink. Just gorgeous!
It is gorgeous but if you moved in you wouldn’t be able to work your DIY magic because everything is done! Just think how bored you’d be! LOL!
I love that blue on the walls in the living room…any idea what paint color that might be? The whole house is lovely. Pinning on Pintrest for inspiration!
Oh My Heck!!! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I Love EVERY bit of that house!
What an incredibly gorgeous house! I’m so jealous you got to tour it! So many great ideas in every room…
Drool; however, man – it looks like YOU could have been the designer. The colors, the accents… maybe someone’s been reading YOUR blog! lol…

WOW! I think this is the most beautiful exterior remodel I’ve ever seen. Amazing. Does anyone know where to find the sink in the powder room? Who makes it or one like it? Thanks in advance. lizziebeth

WOW WOW WOW. That home is perfection!! I love the little mirrored cabinets over the guest bathroom sink.
For those of you who are interested, I have been able to locate a few online sources from this renovation. http://www.interiormotivesdesign.org

The kitchen is flawless- that quatrefoil backsplash, OH MY! the kid’s rooms are amazing but not over the top… it’s all fabulous. wish I could see their budget breakdown– the original home couldn’t have set them back much– but oh my what they did with the place! thanks for sharing!

love this post and your new logo! so cute!
Wow! LOVE it! We are in the middle of “making over” a house that will be our home too. We are in the beginning stages, but this is huge inspiration!! Check out my weekly series, “Makeover Monday,” at http://www.thisbeautifulinheritance.com.
love, love, LOVE that yellow front door!!
Love the map print in the kids room, can you find out where she got it?
I am also DESPERATE to figure out where to find that map in the young boy’s room. I have emailed Caitlin and commented on her blog but haven’t received a reply. Any chance you know Michelle? THX!!
Must have that backplash!! Oh and the sunlight pouring in too. Simply fabulous!!
Pretty sure if we ever win the loto I will be recreating this house for sure! Amazing!
This is house has some really great architectural elements, but the design looks rushed. The quality of the interior design should match the craftsmanship of the house. On much of the furniture, the scale is off. The window seat needs more pillows. The oval cocktail table in the main room isn’t a good fit. It seems to float in the room instead of work together with the rest of furniture in the room. The yellow sconces in the bathroom are much too big (they look ridiculous). The chair in the boy’s room looks squished in the corner and the pillows on the bed look sloppy. The phrase “It’s all in the details” is really true and I feel like the designer missed on a lot of the finishing touches. It’s tough to work under a deadline. I’ve been in the business awhile. I have always appreciated constructive criticism. The takeaway from each project is invaluable, and I hope that’s how the designer feels about this project. I wish her luck in the future.
I just love your house. I found myself pinning several photos! I was particularly inspired by the master bath where you have the marble counters on the wood stained cabinets. We have similar wood cabinets in our master bath but cheaped out when we were building, and put cultured marble on instead, assuming we’d upgrade later. I was thinking I’d also need to paint the cabinets, but now I think I’ll put the marble tops on, live with the cabinets as-is for a while, and hopefully be happy!
Just found your awesome blog and came across this house. I went to that open house since the main guy worked on my sister’s home. I LOOOOVED it. I also love what I’ve seen of your arizona home. It’s so similar to my style..which I don’t find everyday.
Thanks to running the map photo through tineye.com, I was able to find out that the map is from Pottery Barn Kids, but apparently from a few years ago.
Did this home originally have a brick exterior? Can’t tell from the before pic. Love the siding and double columns!
where did you get the brown bathroom vanity
