If I had my druthers, my Christmas tree would be totally monochromatic…white flocked, white lights, white tree skirt, and white matching ornaments with silver accent. But, that would mean no handmade red and green manger scene cut-outs with blue glitter all over baby Jesus’ face that Tani made in primary and…I just couldn’t bare that. Notice we have very few glass ornaments and the ones we do have are all above 42 inches (just out of a 15 month old’s reach). I also finally figured out what to do with all the Christmas cards that come in the mail. Here’s my tutorial on how to make retro-like, inexpensive snowflakes in…WHITE!
I really, really love the hand-made aspect of your tree. Great snowflake idea.
