How we met and a Windows Phone giveaway (#meetyours).

I love a good love story and so do my new peeps at Window’s Phone central.  I can’t believe I’ve been blogging for almost 5 years now and I don’t recall ever sharing my story of how my beau and I met.  Back when I was a wee young thing and had just completed my first year in college I decided to make plans to take a summer detour to BYU-Hawaii.  I told a classmate of my plans and she said told me all about this boy that she was quite smitten with who was over in Hawaii.  When I arrived I ran in to him, introduced myself, and told him I knew “Sally-Sue”.  He really didn’t give me the time of day and my opinion of him wasn’t very high.  Throughout the summer I would run in to him on campus and say a quick “hello”.  At the end of summer my dad said enough was enough and it was time to come home.  I checked my campus mailbox one last time before heading to the airport and found a letter  from him proclaiming his crush on me.  He apologized and explained that his aloofness was a case of intimidation and hoped that if our paths ever crossed again that he would like to take me out.  WHOA!  We never spoke until 1 1/2 years later when I returned back to paradise.  The rest is history…

LOVE YOUR STORY…I have one of those too….I got engaged in HAWAII and followed my guy all the way to the islands, dating him for 2 years and then we got married and I moved there…….and that is where we began our love story! I like to say our marriage was not made Heaven, but in HAWAII ! Alooooooooooha, Janice (Kanike)
