Frog giveaway.

That’s right, I’m at it again with another room re-do. My guest room is getting a face lift on a budget (wouldn’t have it any other way). This weekend I painted the room using my favorite tape, Frog tape. If you haven’t ever used this tape you simply must. It will give you crisp lines and no bleeding! Once you try it you’ll never go back…HONESTLY!

Darn you Home Depot for discontinuing it (at mine at least). It does cost a little more than blue tape. However, the time Frog tape will save you by not having to go back and do touch up won’t even make you think twice.


The good folks at Frog Tape saw how well my stripes turned out on my hallway project so they sent me some t-shirts and several rolls of tape!

  17. I LOVE frog tape. The home improvement store where I like to buy my paint doesn’t carry it, so I drive to another store just to buy it. I would never consider a painting project without FROG tape!

  53. Frog tape, toad tape, it’s still a heck of a lot of work. Hope my project turns out as well as yours…I now have the other side of the duplex, so frog tape/toad tape here I come!

  160. Found your blog via Brooklyn Limestone. Your little round hall/room looks great! We’re about to do stripes in our living room (vertical blue and gold). I know it’s going to take forever, but it’ll be awesome. Especially with frog tape. 🙂

  165. I have rolls of blue tape – didn’t know the beauty of frog tape until I read your posts. Most of my rooms are is need of a new paint job (many boys in this house the past 10 years), and a new gadget (okay, tape), is a perfect reason to paint!

  174. my home depot didn’t have any frog tape either could have used it this weekend, had to use ol blue. i painted our office granite grey after seeing your master its a great color

  175. i really want to try frog tape. i’ve never had any luck painting a clean line with blue painters tape. it would be great to find something that actually works!
