For my dearest boys…

November 15, 2008 by Michelle Hinckley |

(Heck ya, that’s me using a power tool!)

Me like-ee the results.

My Dearest Boys…
I love you immensely that is no lie.
But this constant heap of jackets on the floor is not going to fly!
I know you are boys and mess is in your nature.
But be aware that picking up 24/7 is not in my future.
Here are some hooks…they are for your jackets,
If you don’t start using them I might do something drastic!
Love,
Mom

Boys, girls…I don’t think it matters! Kids just feel the need to come in the door and fling their coat/back-pack on the floor! Hooks. I need to follow suit…quickly!!

I do have to say that I am impressed with all of your amazing talents. You are one awesome woman!

As far as the wind surfing pillow, Luke has hawaiian-ish/wind sufing bedding from Pottery Barn Kids. I got it about a year and a half ago on clearance though, so I’m sure they no longer carry it. But, I have noticed that they are somewhat repetitive in design on much of their stuff, it would probably be worth checking if they have some sort of “hawaiin” bedding that would have a similar pillow.

You are the woman, power tools and all. That looks great. Did you put it up high or down low?

This time of year its a must.

Hi, you don’t know me. I found your blog through my sister-in laws, sisters blog that I then linked through baby Mac to yours. I hope you don’t mind. I love your decorating style. I would LOVE to see more photo’s of your house. I got interested in your blog by seeing your painting project that sadly didn’t work out. I absolutely adore your style and would LOVE too see more. You inspire me, I promise I am not a weirdo… lol.
