Enameled Numbers.

I’m a sucker for vintage hardware
(and lamps, and pillows, and, well, furniture, and…).


I’ve always loved enameled numbers too.

(Jayson Home & Garden).


(Ebay).


(Etsy).

I found these enameled numbers on Etsy a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the gal I bought them from closed her shop down.


Using some wire I decided to embellish my baskets with them.


They are my hiding place for little boys toys.

15 minutes and a bit of threading resulted in…

    What a great idea! I started to collect theh numbers 1-9 a couple of years ago and I only have #3:) What a great collection! I love how you displayed the frames above the TV!

    I love those baskets. It make things look so cozy and organized. The pillow in the basket looks really good think I might try out that one.

    I just saw those exact numbered tags at an adorable shop in Chicago. Here’s the link:http://www.poshchicago.com/.

    I couldn’t come up with a use for them, so I left without them. Love your idea!

    That’s an interesting idea o add numbers to all your boxes around the house so for example if someone ask where he can get some scissors, you just tell him to look in box number 49 ๐Ÿ™‚
