Do you have fresh breath?

I have a few phobias.
Tall buildings, scorpions and bad breath.
I think it was my 3rd grade math teacher who introduced me to my 3rd phobia.
I was standing at his desk asking for help with a problem and the odor of coffee + nicotine was enough to never ask for help again.
I’m certain that’s why I hate multiplication to this day.
Seriously peeps, fresh breath is a courtesy we owe to not only ourselves, but others as well.

So what’s your breath freshener of choice?
Brush, floss, mouth wash, gum, mints…there’s lots to choose from.
I love me some spearmint gum but let’s be honest, not all breath fresheners are made equal.
Have you ever had a breath mint that actually makes your breath worse than before you popped it?
I’ve decided that breath fresheners are kind of like perfumes. Some scents work well with some people and some just don’t.

Breath sprays are making a big comeback.

Bad breath is situation that everyone has but no one wants to admit.
Mints and gum are the discreet way to combat the situation but a spray is like full on admitting it and owning it.

He’s made breath sprays vogue with his constant spray fixes on his show.
I’m convinced his spraying has gone beyond a quick fresh fix but rather putting punctuation on a statement.
“That house was a disaster.” (SPRAY).
“You got my Poco Loco order wrong AGAIN!” (SPRAY).
“Jenni you’re hair is a mess.” (SPRAY).
Taking a spray hit after a statement is the equivalent of doing an air snap.
You’ve got to have a small attitude to pull it off.

For sure one of the most unique things I’ve tried out. But I’ll try anything to resolve my third phobia.
I squished up my face preparing for something I thought would taste like a blast of minty overkill but to my surprise it was actually good.

I know this isn’t some four course meal but the flavor has layers that actually lasts.
I highly recommend the blue Supermint. It’s become one of my favorite things this year.
My boys have become obsessed with it.
