My new BFF, Elisabeth, a new blogger with a keen eye for style, emailed me this Craigslist find in Charleston, SC. Seller is asking around $300. (O.B.O.) is actually wanting to part with this beauty?! Are they crazy? Do they not know what kind of gem they have? We’ve been scheming through email ways that we could find enough money to buy this find and give it the proper love. Just a little paint and upholstery would hit it out of the ballpark. Sadly, she already has a fab bed and sadly, I don’t live in Charleston. So will someone please buy this and put us both out of our misery!?
I think the universe trying to send the message that it is meant to be hers because she came accross this identical headboard on Style Swoon. Are you swooning yet?
Can you imagine how much this bed would go for in a boutique store? $300.00 is a steal!

Oh Craig’s List you do it again. I have to keep myself from jumping on there to check out all the great finds. It’s like a dog lover going into a pound….you just feel bad for them and want to bring them all home.
I’m having a GIVEAWAY over at my site. Stop by and check it out.

Fantastic. I do want to say that I’ve just spent the last 2 hours reading your blog from start to finish! 🙂 Prolly would have taken less time, but my two year old constantly had something to say or a banana he wanted to eat. I am actually in line to receive a blog makeover from Designer Blogs (mine’s under construction at the moment)- that’s how I found your blog. Beautiful house, and beautiful little men! And love the fact your (kinda)local. P.S. IKEA is 3 minutes from my house – I feel lucky! Wonderful blog… Bookmarking it for some DIY stuff.
