Cherry pie.
In case you were wondering, I finally mustered up the courage to ask my neighbor if I could pick some cherries from her tree that hung over our fence (after I had already picked everything I could reach). She told me to help myself. She even said they rarely get around to picking them at all.
WHAT?!
I thought I might be pushing my luck if I asked if I could hop the fence and pick on her side too.
Father's Day rolled around and I decided to surprise my father, father-in-law and husband
Mid-century bench makeover.
Yesterday I showed off my DIY wall shelf.
Love the mirror, love the shelf but it felt a bit top heavy and bare.
I found these mid century benches on Craigslist in Tucson a while back.

A donation account has been set up to help with the medical expenses that have incurred. Go here to find out more.
Thank you again for all your prayers

Here is an update:
Cali going in to cardiac arrest was caused by Amniotic Fluid Embolism, a very rare and dangerous condition. Unfortunately doctors had to take the baby in order to save Cali's life. Shortly after the surgery Cali began to hemorrhage badly and more emergency surgery had to be performed.
The very good news is that she is stable and awake today. Doctors are positive and we
