I finally turned on the heater this week so it's officially fall (in my book anyway). I love fall.  Leaves changing colors, fires in the fireplace and yummy apples. For a fun treat I like to bake a single apple in the oven. Here's how I do it. My boys wake up between 6-6:30am...much too early for my liking. We can put them to bed at 7pm or 11pm and they'd still get up between 6-6:30am. Painting the garage project is underway. The garage used to have 70's plastic arches on the windows. They cracked so were removed (thank goodness) and these long windows were left. We had a piece of wood fitted to break up the space. Last Saturday I painted the door with a coat of primer. Amazing what a coat of white will do. Already much improved.  Next, a coat of gray to match the bay window. Thank you for all your opinions and comments!
