Yesterday at church the question was raised as to what makes you feel discouraged? The most unanimous answer seemed to be a huge feeling of discouragement when we compare ourselves to each other. One woman pointed out that we live in a world where only the highlights of our lives are publicized over blogs, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter making it seem as if everyone else lives these rock star lives. How do you NOT compare the reality of your own life to fantasy lives you see in the social
Displaying kids art and a hallway addition.
For being such a small space this hallway has gone through quite of bit of changes in a short amount of time.
Earlier this week I shared my gallery wall, hallway.
My progress was halted because I ran out of 3M hooks but I went and bought a few more so I could frame and hang my boy's art that keeps coming home from school.

Then when we moved Utah and had the opportunity to remodel our home completely to our tastes I knew I wanted a much "quieter" space. Little color, lots of white and classic lines were on the top of my list. Don't get me wrong, I love my space but I'm finding that I'm longing for a hit of
