I know what I'm doing this weekend!

Remember this disaster (I mean learning experience)? I had a little discussion with our builder shortly after and come to find out the wall was never primed...I KNEW IT! So they kindly came back and scraped, mudded, primed and repainted the wall. Back to square one. I'm not going to attempt the same...ahem...masterpiece. Over it. I am, however, going to try my hand at wallpapering. I need help picking out a pattern. Which is your favorite out of these three? #1 #2 #3

The crinkled, dusty, hand-written 3X5 notecard asking people to remove their shoes on my front door was just plain OOGLEY! So my home teacher (actually his wife) hooked me up with some vinyl lettering. Sorry, if you come to my house I have a no shoes policy because I consider my home to be sacred ground. Just kidding. I'm just sick of cleaning up after dirty shoes... I hope you don't think I'm uppity. Sis B, I owe you big time! Thanks a million!

Pull out the primer and Ultra White, High Gloss paint.Time to transorm these maple, cracked benchesinto... Here they are. These pictures aren't the best but they are sporting a new coat of white paint (and a little embelleshment).These will sit at the desks in the den.I'm pleased.
