Beach House Glam.

August 5, 2010 by Michelle Hinckley |

This week I had the privilage of being interviewed by reporter Jaimee Rose with the Arizona Republic Newspaper about my home. As we were talking she seemed to be pretty design savy herself. When I mentioned this she sort of giggled and changed the subject back to me. After our conversation I Googled her and discovered the reason why she seemed to know a lot an awful lot about design.
Check out her Beach House inspired apartment in Phoenix.

I’ve been looking for some art for my bathroom makeover. When I saw these flag/bus roll inspired art I knew that I had found just what I was looking for. Go here to see more.

Usually when I see beach inspired spaces they are cottage-y. Her space is more beach house glam and I’m smitten! Thank you Jaimee, when can I come over for lemonade and enjoy the ocean breeze?

To see more of Jaimee’s apartment go here.

Oh good I am so glad she got in contact with you. when I told her to contact you I was driving on some pretty rural roads and didn’t know if she would hear everything I said.

OK and as far as her home goes…she did such an outstanding job @ making all of her collections look so chic.

Hope you are doing well in your neck of the desert.

    xx – CB

How funny- I keep two windows open when checking blogs, I was checking Jamie’s while your’s was loading! I love her style, her blog on AZ Central is great! She inspired me to do my nursery in a modern-nautical theme. I can’t wait to see her article on your house, she’s a great writer as well!
