My quest to get everyone sick in the house is turning out to be a major success!

5 year old – runny nose, cough, chills – CHECK!
2 year old – took to Urgent Care on Saturday with an ear infection -CHECK!
Me – took myself to Urgent Care yesterday with Strep Throat – CHECK!
(Loved having Nurse Olga jam her two cotton swabs down my throat while saying, “Don’t fight the urge to gag.”)
Husband -Congestion, scratchy throat… – CHECK!
Granny Goose (visiting) -Tingly throat – CHECK!

My sweet little 5 year old put this picture on my pillow while I was soaking in the tub.
And you know, despite feeling lousy, it did make me smile.

Aren’t I a great hostess? I let my guests take care of my kids while I lay in bed then I send them back home with a good ole’ sickness.
(I’m so sorry Granny Goose. Thanks for all your help while you were here).

By the way, she did say that she loves her room. Here’s a sneak peak: found this picture on the Little Green Notebook of the very same lamps I used in my guest room. A $5.00 thrift store find.

(Don’t you just hate sneak peaks? They’re so anti-climactic).

Is ReLiv not working?? Sorry to hear all the yuk. Hope everyone gets well soon. Send the kids outside to get a little sun – it helps be rid of the germs. Gramma S
