As promised, I’m back this week with a fab giveaway from Plush Rugs!
Last week I revealed our basement family room…
It was lovely but we first and foremost needed an area rug to anchor the space and define a seating arrangement.
The Mr. couldn’t understand why would need to cover up our brand new floor with a rug.
I started with my decorator’s speech about the fine art of layering to which his eyes glazed over.
All I needed to say was, “So your little toes-ies don’t get cold.” That did it.
The rug in our living room is called Fargo by Surya in Mushroom.
I love, love, love, love, love love, love it.
I fussed over the decision for weeks.
I wanted something durable, dark, soft underfoot, something with texture but that didn’t show foot prints or vacuum lines.
Tall order.
This one completely fits the bill.

The rug selection is great!
I like the MTR-1016 for our living room. The old rug we have in there(which I loved) is practically falling apart. This new one is similar colors and a fun sort of geometric design. And it help brings more red into our mostly tan, gray, and blue living room.

I love the one that you picked it looks knitted! We are planning to pull out the awful wall to wall in our family room soon and lay tile and my hubby couldn’t understand the whole rug over new tile either!

The name for your rug is so fitting. Fargo is SO cold in the winter so to have a nice warm rug to “keep your toesies warm” is perfect!

I love that rug! I love the floor most of all, but the rug is awesome!
oh- and I’d pick the faux fur rug and put that in our living room. Or cabin room. Or kitchen. Really, I’d probably just carry it around with me everywhere I go.
